Qualifications

• Experience with Program Management strategy or innovation initiatives.
• Experience supporting strategic pursuits, proposal efforts, and client development initiatives.
• Demonstrated industry involvement and professional visibility through organizations, presentations, or publications.
• A strong data fluency (and curiosity to keep learning).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to all levels of the organization.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (DB, PDB, EPC, EPCM, CMAR).

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration across HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Connect technical delivery, strategy, and innovation with leadership and tech teams.
• Shape the strategic plan for the next 3–5 years and position HDR in the marketplace.
