• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management Business Class Leadership across HDR’s Resources Group.
• Oversee service delivery technology strategy for multiple market sectors.
• Develop and mentor practitioners; oversee staff assignment and development.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to policies, tools, and best practices.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies; pursue proposals and staffing strategies.
• Develop strategic plan for program management and position HDR as a marketplace differentiator.
