Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across the Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors). You will align delivery, strategy, and innovation with HDR leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Master’s degree and PMP certification are preferred.
Experience leading program management in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR's Resources Business Group.
Lead service delivery technology integration and alignment with HDR strategy.
Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to policies, practices, and quality standards.
Mentor and develop practitioners, support recruiting and staffing strategies.
Represent HDR through industry engagement and thought leadership.
Develop and implement the strategic plan for program management over 3–5 years.
