Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Programs Manager to lead customer experience and drive strategic direction for account growth. The role is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, on-site at GXO facilities.

The position requires 4 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide dedicated account management support across multiple areas including issue resolution, financial performance, and pricing.
• Strongly handle customer expectations and advise on strategic initiatives for growth.
• Manage contracts for assigned accounts and all related activities.
• Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management support in several areas, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms and solution design and pricing
• Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives
• Handle the contracts for assigned accounts as well as all account-driven activities
• Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization
• Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
• Inspire and ensure a Lean culture
