Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Programs in Omaha, NE. You will oversee the customer experience, establish a strategic direction, and plan for customer account growth within the company.

Responsibilities include dedicated account management, contract handling for assigned accounts, and developing short- and long-term goals to drive profit, efficiency, and quality across client engagements. Lean culture will be encouraged and practices implemented.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience.
• Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management support in several areas, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms and solution design and pricing.
• Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Handle the contracts for assigned accounts as well as all account-driven activities.
• Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization.
• Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Inspire and ensure a Lean culture.
