• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience.
• Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management support across issue resolution, performance and pricing.
• Manage customer expectations and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Manage contracts for assigned accounts and related activities.
• Develop short- and long-term plans and goals.
• Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals per client.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment.
• Inspire and sustain a Lean culture.
