Job summary

You will ensure contract terms are met, contribute to pricing considerations, and guide long-range client success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design initiatives, manage budgets, and pursue Lean improvements while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience.
• Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management support in several areas, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms and solution design and pricing.
• Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Handle the contracts for assigned accounts as well as all account-driven activities.
• Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization.
• Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Inspire and ensure a Lean culture.
