Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management support across multiple areas, including issue resolution and pricing.
• Manage customer expectations and propose strategic initiatives.
• Handle contracts for assigned accounts and related activities.
• Develop short- and long-term goals for the organization.
• Aim for annual profit, efficiency, and quality targets at each client engagement.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Promote and embed a Lean culture.
