Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management across issue resolution, financial performance, and pricing design.
• Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Handle contracts for assigned accounts and all account-driven activities.
• Develop short- and long-range plans and goals for the organization.
• Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Inspire and ensure a Lean culture.
