Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across engineering, facility management, sustainability and program governance. You will identify priorities, coordinate project direction, assess risk, and communicate with stakeholders to drive outcomes for clients and accounts.

In this role, you will collaborate with Client leadership, Operational & IFM Lead and Senior Leadership to align projects with business strategy and improve account performance through

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior level stakeholders, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including root cause analysis and solution development.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, Engineering experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in commercial real estate required.

• Project Oversight: effectively manage program parameters inclusive of scope, schedule and change to ensure successful delivery.
• Change Management: Guiding the organization through transformational activities and ensuring adoption of new processes or systems.
