Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Engineering Programs & Performance Lead to drive strategy, governance, and execution of engineering initiatives across a global portfolio. You will lead Standards & Process, Change & Incident Governance, and Training teams, while partnering with regional leadership to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role requires executive communication, analytical rigor, and a track record of delivering operational improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering programs, governance, and enterprise initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate technical initiatives into operational actions and KPIs.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams across dispersed regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance, and execution of strategic engineering initiatives.
• Provide leadership for Engineering Standards & Process, Change & Incident Governance, and Training teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, playbooks, and scalable execution across regions.
• Drive alignment between engineering strategy, governance, and performance metrics.
• Partner with regional leadership to support adoption while preserving field ownership.
• Develop executive reporting and dashboards to measure adoption and outcomes.
