Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee strategic facilities management programs for client portfolios at scale. You will lead multi-site operations, drive maintenance excellence, manage capital projects, and steer sustainability initiatives to align with client goals and budgets.

As a senior leader, you will collaborate with engineering, sustainability, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated, compliant, and cost-effective building performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive facilities management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing large-scale facilities operations and multi-million dollar budgets.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, BAS).
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple properties to minimize disruption.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, evaluate performance and negotiate terms.
• Lead capital improvement projects from conception through completion, including budgeting and QA.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to assess conditions and risks, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated facilities solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building codes; report to senior leadership.
