Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Design & Construction Program Management to lead multiple complex initiatives across our national and global commercial real estate portfolio. You will act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across varied markets.

You will drive efficiency, develop standardized processes, and manage diverse stakeholder groups, including executives, vendors, and JLL service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering (advanced degrees preferred).
• Experience with real estate development processes, approvals, and regulations.
• 10+ years in real estate/project/program management.
• Experience communicating with C-suite executives and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex initiatives across national/global portfolios.
• Serve as single point of contact for program delivery with tailored strategies.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, playbooks, and tools.
• Provide consolidated reporting across schedule, budget, risk, and opportunity metrics.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and roadblocks.
