Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Program Manager to lead facility management and engineering initiatives, aligning them with client strategies and governance practices.

You will oversee scope, schedule and change, communicate with senior stakeholders, and drive transformational activities. Requires 5–7 years in commercial real estate, strong analytical skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Location: Remote – Charlotte, NC with JLL.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior level stakeholders including conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including root cause analysis and solution development.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, Engineering experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in commercial real-estate required.
