Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks an Engineering Programs & Performance Lead to shape strategy across a global portfolio, reporting to the Global IFM Director and partnering with Engineering teams and client stakeholders. The role blends strategic program management with governance and training to drive measurable outcomes.

You will build and maintain engineering standards, playbooks and metrics, while guiding regional adoption and strengthening accountability across regions and business units.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within engineering operations or similarly complex environments.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering programs and governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical initiatives into operational risks and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance and execution of strategic engineering initiatives.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, governance frameworks, operational playbooks, and implementation strategies.
• Develop performance frameworks, executive reporting, operational analytics, and KPI dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-regional adoption of engineering initiatives.
