• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and govern programs effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
