Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shape strategy, translate plans, and guide cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Legal and other business units with executive sponsorship.

You will run governance, deliver concise updates to senior leaders, and bring structure to ambiguity, driving programs from scoping through execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to influence without authority and align senior stakeholders.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Strong executive presence and communication at the senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Partner with GBO teammates and stakeholders across business units.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs and escalation paths.
• Communicate with executive presence and deliver concise updates to leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
