Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shaping strategy and translating it into clear plans.

You will work with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery. You will influence without authority, communicating with senior leaders and delivering concise updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead without direct authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven track record owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous work style with structured approach to ambiguity.
• Governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment expertise.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with sponsors and leaders.
• Act as connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units as a trusted partner.
