Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shape strategy, and translate it into clear plans while coordinating with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal, and other business units.

You will drive integration across teams, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes with credibility and clarity, operating with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and clear written and verbal communication at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes, accountable for results.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and aligning on goals.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability.
• Partner with GBO teammates and serve as a trusted partner to other business units and stakeholders.
• Build integrated roadmaps and plans that align scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Run governance structures, including steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise, decision-oriented updates to senior leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and continuously improve program delivery across GBO.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
