Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, translate strategy into clear plans, and keep multiple moving parts aligned toward a shared outcome.

You will work with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders, guiding programs with influence and clarity. You will shape strategy, build integrated roadmaps, and drive governance across cross-functional teams, delivering concise updates

Formación

• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Proven ownership of enterprise-level programs from strategy to execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous, structured, and capable of handling ambiguity.
• Expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic programs from shaping to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executives.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust.
• Partner with GBO and other business units, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, advise on tradeoffs, drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance structures with steering committees and escalation paths.
• Communicate updates with executive presence to senior leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve delivery across GBO.
