Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will shape strategy, translate it into clear plans, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives with influence and credibility.

You will collaborate with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal, and other business units to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes. You will lead governance, build integrated roadmaps, and steer complex programs through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders
• Act as connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and resolving conflicts
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Partner with GBO teammates and serve as a trusted partner to other business units
• Build integrated roadmaps and plans aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• Identify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution
• Run governance, steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise, decision-oriented updates
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
