Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team in a hybrid/remote role in the United States. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shape strategy, and drive programs through execution with executive sponsors and IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

You will influence without formal authority, manage governance, and deliver outcomes across multiple workstreams while maintaining clarity and alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience owning enterprise-level programs from strategy to execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise, or financial systems programs.
• Autonomous, able to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment expertise.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping to measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with exec sponsors.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, align teams toward goals.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, resources.
• Identify risks and drive decisions across priorities.
• Run governance with steering committees and escalation paths.
• Communicate updates concisely to senior leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery; ad hoc work.
