Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shape program strategy, and translate it into clear plans that senior leaders can act on.

This role requires steering cross-functional workstreams, managing dependencies and risks, and delivering measurable outcomes with influence rather than formal authority. You’ll work closely with executives and partners across IT, Finance, Legal, and other business

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with programs involving IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous decision-making and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward shared goals.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units and stakeholders.
• Build integrated roadmaps and plans that align scope, timelines, and resources.
• Identify risks early, propose tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate with executive presence and concise, decision-oriented updates.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
