You will shape strategy, build clear plans, and drive decisions with senior and executive leaders. The role emphasizes delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment and bringing structure to ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Ability to operate autonomously and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as the connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and keeping everyone aligned.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units and stakeholders.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise, decision-oriented updates.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve delivery across GBO.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
