Job summary

The role requires managing ambiguity, owning the operating cadence, and driving decisions with a data-driven approach in a fast-paced GTM environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from problem definition through implementation and handoff.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to produce well-structured updates.

Responsibilities

• Build repeatable Competitive Programs infrastructure and playbooks.
• Lead named competitive programs end-to-end with defined objectives and milestones.
• Establish cross-functional operating cadence across teams and regions.
• Coordinate competitive deal triage and escalation with required support.
• Translate signals into concrete actions for Product, Sales, and GTM leadership.
• Create reporting for executive leadership on program health and risks.
