Job summary

Stripe is seeking a versatile, high-impact Full-Stack Program Manager to lead complex, C-suite level competitive programs. You will drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to translate market insights into actionable GTM initiatives.

You will be responsible for building scalable playbooks, owning program charters, milestones, and decision forums, and partnering with executive leaders to ensure timely, effective execution across functions.

Qualifications

• Lead complex, C-suite level high-priority programs with cross-functional impact.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear programs with defined objectives, owners, decisions, cadence and success metrics.
• Partner with executive leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and GTM to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build repeatable competitive programs infrastructure and playbooks.
• Lead named programs end-to-end with charter, objectives, milestones and success measures.
• Establish cross-functional operating cadence and deliver product, regional teardowns, seller enablement and GTM plans.
• Coordinate deal-triage and swarm mechanisms to ensure ownership and access to required support.
