Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to build and run a new Competitive Programs function. You will lead a team of program managers, set objectives, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Market Intelligence, Pricing, and Strategy to translate market signals into durable operating programs.

This high-ambiguity role requires executive communication, ownership, and the ability to drive strategy into actionable programs that move quickly across the organization.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in program management, operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Competitive Programs team with clear objectives and coaching.
• Establish the portfolio and operating model for high-priority competitor programs.
• Directly manage the most complex competitive programs and coordinate with multiple functions.
• Build repeatable playbooks and mechanisms to respond to threats quickly.
