EY is seeking a leader for the Sales Transformation Program to drive global initiatives transforming EY’s sales approach, behaviors and activities. You will own complex programs, plan scope, time and budgets, and work with stakeholders across EY and Clients & Industries to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep program management, change leadership, and a global mindset with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• 10-12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• As the job involves responding to clients' needs and varying time zones, flexibility to work extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale programs with defined scope, timeline and budget.
• Plan and run stakeholder meetings, working groups, and steering committees.
• Connect program details to EY’s business resources and operations.
• Share success stories and outputs to build momentum regionally.
