Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned program leader to transform EY’s sales approach and enablement across global regions. You will own complex programs, manage scope, time, budget, and ROI while guiding stakeholder meetings and cross-team collaboration.

Reporting to the Sales Transformation Program Lead, you’ll connect EY’s business resources, drive adoption, and share outcomes across regional Clients & Industries teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
• PM qualifications are preferred.
• 10–12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own program scope, time and budget plans, resourcing and ROI analysis.
• Plan and lead stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committees.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of EY’s program and connect all facets.
• Collaborate with EY and Clients & Industries stakeholders for co-creation.
• Share success stories and drive momentum across regional teams.
