Job summary

Valeris seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis across brands. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

As PM, you’ll develop expertise in therapeutic areas, client objectives, and market landscapes to provide strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
• Three to Four (3-4) years of project or program management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote)
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills
• Ability to travel both locally and out-of-town, up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

• Lead program management across assigned brands and serve as the primary client relationship manager
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget
• Monitor budgets, claims, and invoicing; ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
• Maintain trackers and SNOW tickets; ensure audit-ready documentation
• Prepare and present weekly/quarterly program updates and insights
