Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is hiring a Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst in a hybrid role based in Lone Tree, CO and Plano, TX. You will lead integrated master schedules for highly complex programs, perform risk analysis, and drive schedule health assessments while mentoring junior schedulers.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in planning/scheduling, with proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in project planning and scheduling; higher degree may substitute.
• Experience with EVM and schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
• Ability to communicate status and drive issues to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated master plans and schedules for complex projects.
• Oversee project plans and schedules ensuring horizontal and vertical integration.
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to mitigate schedule risks.
• Prepare detailed schedule status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior schedulers and promote best practices.
