Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Principal Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to lead the Integrated Master Schedule for complex projects. You will deliver in-depth schedule analyses, prepare executive briefings, and drive schedule risk assessments to keep programs on track.

The role requires strong leadership, DoD scheduling knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs across programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience or Masters +10 yrs).
• Typically 12+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and maintenance of the IMS for highly complex projects.
• Perform critical path and variance analyses and prepare executive reports.
• Lead Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and incorporate changes to baselines.
• Mentor team members and interact with program stakeholders and SMEs.
