Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to lead IMS development, risk analysis, and schedule integration for complex programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;6+ years of project planning/scheduling experience
• Proficient with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and IMS development
• Experience with EVM principles and DoD/DoD-related contracting familiarity

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated master schedules (IMS) for highly complex projects
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of project plans to ensure horizontal/vertical integration
• Conduct advanced schedule risk analysis to mitigate timeline risks
• Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt/PERT
• Prepare detailed schedule status reports for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate scheduling data
• Mentor junior/ intermediate schedulers on best practices
• Support program management in implementing scheduling improvements
