Eyefinity, Inc. seeks a senior Program/Project Manager to lead a strategic portfolio across multiple programs, collaborating with business leaders to envision, define, and initiate initiatives that align with enterprise goals.

You will guide program management teams, monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance, manage risks, and communicate decisions to executives, with travel up to 10% as needed and a focus on ROI and cross‑program coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Extensive experience managing multi-program portfolios in a PMO.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate management of a strategic portfolio with multiple programs.
• Partner with business leaders to envision, define and initiate programs.
• Guide program managers to monitor cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Provide single point of responsibility for multi-program execution.
• Lead cost-benefit analyses and ROI forecasts for projects.
• Develop budgets and financial projections; manage contracts.
• Communicate governance criteria and present to executives.
• Manage risks and dependencies across programs; drive culture change.
• Prepare executive presentations for committees and leadership.
