Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Extensive experience managing multi-program portfolios in a PMO.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management of a strategic portfolio with multiple programs.
• Partner with business leaders to envision, define and initiate programs.
• Guide program managers to monitor cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Provide single point of responsibility for multi-program execution.
• Lead cost-benefit analyses and ROI forecasts for projects.
• Develop budgets and financial projections; manage contracts.
• Communicate governance criteria and present to executives.
• Manage risks and dependencies across programs; drive culture change.
• Prepare executive presentations for committees and leadership.
