Learfield seeks a Senior Director of Portfolio & Program Management to lead the enterprise portfolio function, aligning capacity with strategic priorities and enabling data-driven investment decisions. You will own the capacity scorecard, govern the portfolio, and report to the President, CTO, CPO, and CFO.

You will build a high-performing PMO, recruit and develop leaders, and establish scalable operating rhythms that drive alignment, prioritization, and execution across segments and product

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years leading a portfolio/PMO in a product-led software organization.
• Experience converting business priorities into actionable portfolio decisions, including resource allocation and sequencing.
• Strong communication and influence with senior leadership without direct authority.
• Understanding of engineering investment economics and ROI analysis.

• Own and deliver enterprise capacity scorecard and visibility into shared resources.
• Build and lead the program management function across product domains.
