Global Partners LP seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise programs, aligning multiple workstreams to deliver measurable business value. You will translate objectives into clear scopes, drive execution, and keep executives informed with concise dashboards.

In this role, you own governance, budgets, and vendor relationships, while mentoring project managers and ensuring timely, quality outcomes across complex IT and business initiatives.

Formación

• 10+ years in project/program management, including multi-workstream programs.
• PMP certification required; change management and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Strong governance, budget, and vendor management experience.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into executable programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs with accountability for outcomes and value.
• Develop integrated plans, manage dependencies, and track progress across workstreams.
• Define governance, meetings, RAID logs, and decision records to EPMO standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and external vendors/partners for quality delivery.
• Lead risk, issue and dependency management and escalate to executives when needed.
• Partner with executives to align priorities and deliver executive-ready dashboards.
