Job summary

With 7–10+ years in program management and a proven ability to influence executives without direct authority, you’ll own portfolio health, prioritization, and escalation.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in program or project management.
• 3–5+ years managing cross-functional or enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience influencing executive stakeholders without formal authority.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive named enterprise initiatives toward their intended business outcomes, coordinating interdependent work across departments.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and blockers; escalate when resolution requires higher authority.
• Maintain enterprise-level visibility into initiative status and governance artifacts for leadership review.
• Own governance tools and reporting standards (e.g., Monday.com, Azure DevOps/Jira) for enterprise tracking.
