Clickstop, Inc. seeks an Associate Strategic Program Manager to oversee one of the Strategy team's portfolios, ensuring high-priority initiatives are scoped, sequenced, resourced, and aligned with the 10-year roadmap.

The role partners with department leaders to turn priorities into measurable outcomes and maintain cross-functional alignment across teams. The position embeds within teams, driving structure, cadence, and progress tracking to enable confident leadership decisions and successful

Qualifications

• Ability to synthesize high-level ideas into clear execution plans.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management.
• Formal credentials are not required; CAPM/PMP completion within first year is possible.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate execution inside teams without owning the subject matter.
• Drive alignment across multi-department initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Assess the system surrounding a project to identify root causes and actionable changes.
• Own change management for strategic initiatives and portfolio updates for stakeholders.
• Lead quarterly planning and reprioritization with leadership and ensure resource alignment.
• Establish transparent tracking and cadence for all portfolio initiatives.
• Lead retrospectives and coach leaders on planning frameworks and templates.
