Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to drive large, cross-functional programs across business units and product teams. You will align strategy, development, and technical execution through SDLC and Stage Gate controls, manage budgets, risks, and governance, and lead multiple projects with dependency management and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in program/project/technical delivery; telecom experience preferred (3+ years).
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs across multiple teams and units.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Stage Gate governance.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for programs.
• Excellent facilitation and leadership skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end program management across multiple projects aligned to strategy.
• Develops integrated program plans with schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Oversees product lifecycle stages with Stage Gate governance and approvals.
• Manages program budgets, financials, and resource planning.
• Drives risk/issue/change management and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborates with Strategy Partner, Product Managers, and engineering teams.
