Job summary

JLL is seeking a Program Manager Specialist to support a federal contractor, owning governance, reporting, and administrative operations. The role partners with the Senior Director of Business Operations, driving cross-functional processes, account leadership alignment, and technology improvements.

The position offers hybrid work from Reston/DMV area, with responsibilities spanning QBRs, steering committees, and compliance tasks. Strong MS 365, SharePoint, and Smartsheet skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field.
• 3+ years of program management, project management, business operations, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting leadership meeting and reporting cycles (QBRs, steering committees, scorecards).
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Strong judgment and independent work style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Run governance and contract administration meetings and logistics.
• Coordinate QBRs and town hall logistics (agenda, deck, scheduling, invitations, archiving).
• Coordinate annual leadership offsite planning and materials.
• Maintain contract compliance documentation and audits.
• Administer surveys and training programs (Vested portal).
• Track account performance and prepare reports for leadership.
• Support leadership with briefing materials and action tracking.
• Drive process improvements across service lines and technology adoption.
• Oversee communications and recognition programs for the account.
• Manage HR reports, org chart, and onboarding materials.
