Responsibilities

Ensure projects align with organizational priorities and executive vision.
Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage in high-priority programs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including PMs, SMEs, and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain clear governance, decision-making, and escalation processes.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and optimization.
Communicate program status and risks to executives and decision-makers.
Manage stakeholder expectations across business, IT, and end-users.
Collaborate to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
