Job summary

Responsibilities

Support a purposeful environment to realize standardized service delivery and clear roles.
Develop, build, and implement standardized processes, playbooks, tools, and resources.
Develop and implement methodologies and processes to manage client partnership.
Oversee management routines to track account performance and metrics.
Own program goals, set objectives, and coordinate with teams to achieve them.
Comply with all JLL policies and procedures.
