Job summary

JLL in the United States (Remote - Charlotte, NC) seeks a Program Manager who will coordinate facility management and engineering projects, identify strategic priorities, and oversee governance across the program lifecycle to deliver cohesive change.

You will collaborate with the Client, Operational & IFM Lead and Senior Leadership to spot improvement opportunities, align projects with business goals, and drive initiatives that lift account performance and results.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior level stakeholders including conflict resolution and negotiation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including root cause analysis and solution development
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, Engineering experience preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in commercial real-estate required

Responsibilities

• The role will oversee and help to coordinate various projects and initiatives related to facility management and engineering specifically.
• Strategic Planning: Identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
• Transformation Management: Implementing activities that drive significant organizational change and improvement.
• Information Synthesis: Gathering and analyzing complex data from various sources to inform decision-making.
• Goal Realization: Translating organizational objectives into actionable plans and tangible results.
• Project Oversight: effectively manage program parameters inclusive of scope, schedule and change to ensure successful delivery.
• Change Management: Guiding the organization through transformational activities and ensuring adoption of new processes or systems.
