Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Program Manager Specialist to join the Business Operations team, based in Reston, VA, with hybrid work. The role owns governance, reporting, and admin operations for a major federal contractor, partnering with the Senior Director of Business Operations to drive cross-functional process improvements and client-facing initiatives.

You will own meetings, quarterly cycles, and compliance, while coordinating leadership materials, audits, and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of program management, project management, business operations, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting leadership meeting and reporting cycles, such as QBRs, steering committees, scorecards, or contract administration.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to elevate.
• Comfortable owning defined responsibilities independently while contributing to broader, less defined work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Governance and Contract Administration: Run recurring meetings, QBRs and town hall logistics, Steering Committee cadence, leadership offsite planning, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Reporting and Performance Management: Track account performance, run quarterly scorecards, manage savings tracker, prepare metric reports.
• Leadership Support and Process Improvement: Support Senior Director, maintain forward-looking milestones, contribute to process improvements, support tech rollout.
• Communications and Recognition: Manage account communications, recognitions, and awards coordination.
• General Administration: Maintain HR reports, onboarding, renewal documentation, ethics well-being and safety initiatives, SharePoint content management.
