Job summary

JLL is seeking a PMO Lead to act as the strategic integrator and operational catalyst for a key PDS client account. This senior role leads playbook ownership, onboarding, governance and client engagement, while supporting team execution and risk management.

The PMO Lead connects across finance, BI, sourcing, HR, risk, communications and facilities to drive scalable delivery and continuous improvement on the account.

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant PMO certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading PMO or delivery operations in complex environments.
• Ability to manage governance and client relationships at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Drive PMO strategy and operating model evolution for the account.
• Lead client-facing governance discussions with executive presence.
• Administer policies and propose changes affecting the work group.
• Identify strategic issues and resolve delivery performance concerns.
• Partner with finance to forecast and report on portfolio health.
