Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) Manager to support senior project leadership and the PMO office. This individual contributor role will oversee governance, reporting, coordination, and compliance activities across the capital project portfolio at our Columbia, MD location.

Responsibilities include maintaining project dashboards, preparing executive status reports, managing documentation, and coordinating with project managers, vendors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
• Strong time management and stakeholder coordination.
• Problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Professional discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, reporting, coordination and compliance activities for capital projects.
• Maintain calendars, prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materials.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and status reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and executive project status reports.
• Serve as liaison between executives, project teams and stakeholders.
• Support audits, governance reviews and policy updates.
• Track risks, issues and escalations across the portfolio.
