Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience in client management, account management, or operations.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience with direct reports.
• At least 1 year of client management experience in pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills; includes presentations.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Understanding of P&L statements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proven ability to hold self and others accountable.
• Managerial courage and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned clients to meet goals.
• Identify, understand, and resolve business, distribution, and operational issues.
• Interpret client needs and develop alternative solutions.
• Lead teams providing insurance enrollment and reimbursement support.
• Deliver program status to clients and Sonexus senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with internal and external partners.
