Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a remote Program Manager to support Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program activities, and ensure timely deliverables for clients across the U.S.

This role emphasizes meeting notes, status reporting, and proactive risk management in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Required are 5+ years in client services and complex program management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience, preferred.
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel - less than 25%
• Proven product knowledge in business area

Responsibilities

• Regularly reviewing weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend all program and client meetings, take detailed meeting notes, document key points and decisions.
• Monitor all program’s activities and IT projects associated with the program.
• Set due dates and assign responsibilities.
• Follow up on action items ensuring deadlines are met.
• Weekly report out of all program’s activities.
• Maintain up-to-date activity timeline and progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Escalate delayed activities to program leadership.
