The Program Manager will manage client relationships, resolve issues, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve customer and Cardinal Health goals.

The role emphasizes leading teams, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing program reviews, with a focus on profitability and long‑term partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years in client/account/operations management.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience.
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare client management experience preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and develop team members for greater responsibility.
• Own client relationships and act as escalation point for program services.
• Interact with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
• Analyze program processes and provide recommendations for efficiency.
• Build knowledge of invoicing, payment terms, and collections to support accounts receivable.
