Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support helps manufacturers remove barriers to care so patients can access therapies and stay on treatment. Our hub services are centralized near Dallas, Texas, empowering faster onboarding and adherence for complex regimens.

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, maintain key client relationships, oversee onboarding and program reviews, and help drive profitability while ensuring high-quality patient support and compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or combination of 5 years relevant experience in client management, account management, or operations management.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience consisting of direct reports.
• At least 1 year of client management experience within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills; includes presentation skills.
• Demonstrated project management preferred.
• Understanding of P&L statements.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proven ability to hold self and others accountable in pursuit of providing world‑class support.
• Managerial courage.
• Ability to travel 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members for positions of greater responsibility.
• Maintain knowledge of client-facing and industry trends and provide updates to leadership.
• Provide insight and analysis to clients to demonstrate subject matter expertise.
• Grow program margin through patient support and implementation of Sonexus offerings.
• Own client relationship and act as escalation point for all program services and performance issues.
• Create, modify and provide professional client-facing reporting and analytics.
• Interact with clients, sponsors, and project members to ensure business needs are met.
